Our User Experience Design process for FinMile, aligned with RebelDot's comprehensive methodology, began with a focused one-week product discovery workshop involving key stakeholders. This set the stage for an in-depth Research phase, analyzing the current SaaS platform against industry standards, which then led to iterative UX design activities aimed at refining user interactions. These efforts culminated in the creation of high-resolution prototypes, providing a clear vision for the user journey and interface, ensuring a seamless and impactful development process.
